Terms & Conditions (TRADE ACCOUNT)

PRICING

You are entitled to receive a 30% discount from set MSRP on all orders, except artwork, one-of-a-kind pieces, antiques, and sale items.

 

MINIMUM ORDERS

No minimum buy in and no annual minimum.

 

NEW ORDERS & ORDER TIMING

BWH accepts order via phone, email and online. BWH will provide an estimated delivery date when an order is placed, but will not be held liable for late shipments as a result of strike, fire, natural disaster, government intervention, customs holds or any other causes beyond our control. Occasional furniture, case goods and lighting is stocked and if an item is on backorder, BWH will advise of this immediately upon receiving your order. BWH is not responsible for late delivery due to delays on receipt of COM.

 

UPHOLSTERY

BWH upholstery orders currently require 14 weeks from time of order. In addition to a selection of stock fabrics, BWH will also accept COM orders on upholstery. Please contact us at contact@bunnywilliamshome.com for further direction on COM requirements.

 

PAYMENT METHODS & TERMS

BWH requires that all orders be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept credit cards (Amex/MasterCard/Visa), check and wire transfer. A $50 transaction fee will be charged for any returned bank check.

 

FREIGHT

Larger furniture items that ship via freight currently have a 4-6 week delivery time. Once back-ordered or upholstered items are complete, we will notify you and ship your item out right away. Bunny Williams Home offers white glove freight service for larger items which includes inside delivery, unpacking and placement services. Smaller items are shipped via UPS Ground. Freight charges vary depending on order and delivery location.

 

FREIGHT CLAIMS

All orders should be carefully inspected at the time of delivery for any visible damage. If there is damage to the carton you must note this on the delivery receipt before you sign for the delivery and release the driver. Inspect the items and notify Bunny Williams Home within five (5) days of receipt of any damage you locate. Photograph the damage and submit photographs and a description of damage to contact@bunnywilliamshome.com.

 

PRODUCT DAMAGE CLAIMS

With respect to any defective goods, once an item has been removed from the carton (with no visible freight damage to the carton) and damage to the item is discovered, Bunny Williams Home must be notified within five (5) days to secure a replacement or cost of repairs. Photograph the damage and submit photographs and a description of damage to contact@bunnywilliamshome.com. Bunny Williams Home will ship a replacement to you once the claim is approved or assist in facilitating repairs. Bunny Williams Home reserves the right to inspect any alleged defects before issuing a replacement part or product.

 

RETURN POLICY

Bunny Williams Home accepts returns of non-damaged, non-made to order items provided you request the return within 30 days of receiving the order. The refund issued will equal the purchase price and applicable taxes less 20% restocking fee. Depending on the size of the items being returned, we will provide you with instructions on your item. Products must be in perfect condition and must be shipped back in their original packaging. Upon receiving your return and confirming that the item is in perfect condition, a refund will be issued via same payment method used for purchase. We do not refund shipping charges for returns due to buyer’s regret. We do not accept returns on made to order items. Deposits on made to order items are non-refundable even if the order is canceled.

 

PUBLIC RELATIONS POLICY

Bunny Williams Home encourages and supports the use of its products in editorial coverage of design projects and retail and showroom environments. Should you wish to use Bunny Williams Home product in editorial publications, both online and in print, all copy must be pre-approved by Bunny Williams Home contact@bunnywilliamshome.com.
